Where to sign

Sign in person, on paper. Only original, handwritten signatures count, on a printed petition sheet. Nobody can sign for someone else.

Online signatures do not count. This site does not collect signatures. If the petition is presented in the House, signers' names and addresses will be available to the public.

Petition sheets

Printable petition sheets will be posted here once the format is confirmed with the House of Assembly. Please don't collect signatures on older copies of the sheet.

If you already have signed sheets, please keep them safe and email tom@proveitnl.ca to arrange a pickup in a public place. Originals only, please. Signing spots in public places will be listed here once they're confirmed.

What it asks

We, the undersigned, call upon the House of Assembly to hold a recorded vote to approve or reject the final Churchill Falls and Gull Island Definitive Agreements between Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro, Hydro-Québec and CF(L)Co before they are signed.
